The TELAB membrane dosing pump DME combines all features and functions of conventional Dosing pumps and makes dosing so simple that you get highest accurateness with implicitness.

The basis of dosing is the direct connection of motor and membrane via push-crank-gear with gear belt conversion. Contrary to traditional dosing pumps with the DME pump the position and the velocity of the membrane is controlled during the complete pressure/intake-cycle electronically with help of a microprocessor .

The stroke frequency and the duration of the stroke is controlled via microprocessor step motor according to the required dosing quantity. This gear is unique in this class and can be found only in the DME dosing pumps.

The membrane dosing pumps are deliverable optionally with PP / VA or PTFE heads and/or with heated or cooled dosing units.
